Topped with Hickory Nut Gap Sausage YUM!

Take home one of our fabulous pizza crusts made with North Carolina grown organic unbleached flour yeast and salt.  All you have to do is roll it out, top it with whatever creative topping combination you can come up with , and bake it YUM!!

Directions

Allow dough to come to room temperature – about one hour. If the dough is frozen it can be placed (still in it’s plastic bag) in a bowl of warm water to thaw in about an hour or it can sit at room temperature for 5-8 hours to thaw.

-Preheat oven (and pizza stone if available)to 500 degrees

- Roll out dough into a circle and place on a pizza peel, or pizza pan, that has been lightly sprinkled with flour or cornmeal.  Spread sauce lightly on dough and sprinkle with your desired toppings and cheese.

-Transfer to hot pizza stone if using, place in oven and bake for 7-10 minutes until crust is golden brown.
