West End is one of 7 local bakeries that is working collaboratively to help ensure our food sources stay local. With the goal of linking the farmer and baker in North Carolina, the North Carolina Organic Bread Flour Project is laying the groundwork for the future Carolina Ground Flour Mill, dedicated to grains grown and ground on Carolina ground.
