West End Bakery is working with Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project each month to create delicious baked goods, soups, salads, and sandwich specials featuring seasonal local food.
This February we will be cookin’ up some spectacular dishes featuring Sunburst Trout from Candler.
Warm up with some Trout and local Kale stew, or try a smoked trout salad with local greens. We always have homemade bagels and cream cheese with smoked trout. Who knows we may slip some smoked trout into our savory garlic cheddar muffins (everyone likes the bacon muffin – why not trout?).
